Each Socorex instrument is carefully manufactured and passes various controls and tests during all production steps. As a result, micropipettes are covered with a three-year warranty, electronic pipettes and dispensers with a two-year warranty.

Instrument warranties
Our instruments are guaranteed against any material or manufacturing defects for the period of time specified in the QC certificate. Damages due to non-respect of manufacturer's instructions, safety precautions or autoclaving conditions, use of improper chemicals, as well as glass breakage or material color alteration are excluded from the warranty. Repair and replacement of parts do not extend warranty time.
