Send your instruments to local agent / distributor. Many Socorex distributors offer service capabilities. They have been factory trained and have full access to our technical support and original spare parts. -
Lead time
Regular services take five working days at our premises (Switzerland only, transportation time excluded). Express service available with 48h lead time (transportation time excluded) against extra charge. -
Repair and Calibration forms

Decontamination form
Decontaminate your instrument prior to returning them. The duly completed form below must be sent along with any instrument to attest proper decontamination of each instrument.
